Accommodations
Accommodations in Banff must be booked separately by the participants. However, we have a limited block of delightful guest rooms at the Banff Centre which are held at a discounted rate for PPSA and IRW participants.
As anyone who has attended the PPSA or IRW before, staying at the Banff Centre is highly desirable: all the events and dining take place on the attractive Banff Centre campus, you are only a 10-minute stroll into heart of the Banff town centre, and the preferred room rates we have secured are very reasonable for Banff.
There are three types of guest rooms available for 2026:
- Lloyd Hall Queen (1 bed) : $275 + taxes & fees
- PDC Room (1 bed) : $275 + taxes & fees
- PDC Room (2 beds) : $295 + taxes & fees
Please note: We were able to secure a much larger room block for 2026, but the number of rooms — especially the 2-bed rooms — is still limited for PPSA / IRW at this discounted rate. Book early to avoid being placed on the Banff Centre guest room waitlist.
