Reserve a Discounted Guestroom at the Banff Centre

JUNE 2, 2025: ACCOMMODATION UPDATE

Our block of discounted guest rooms at the Banff Centre is now fully booked. However, the Banff Centre is keeping a waitlist for PPSA and IRW participants and will let you know if a discounted guest room becomes available.

After August 19, 2025, the Banff Centre will let us know if an additional block of discounted guest rooms is available. Alternatively, the Banff Town site, with its hotels, is generally a 10–15 minute walk from the Banff Centre campus where all the PPSA / IRW events and meals occur. We’ve heard that Banff is going to be very busy with events and visitors this early Fall. Please consider booking early if you are going to be staying off the Banff Centre campus.

Accommodations

Accommodations in Banff must be booked separately by the participants. However, we have a limited block of delightful guest rooms at the Banff Centre which are held at a discounted rate for PPSA and IRW participants.

As anyone who has attended the PPSA or IRW before, staying at the Banff Centre is highly desirable: all the events and dining take place on the attractive Banff Centre campus, you are only a 10-minute stroll into heart of the Banff town centre, and the preferred room rates we have secured are very reasonable for Banff.

There are three types of guest rooms available for 2025:

  • Lloyd Hall Queen (1 bed) : $275 + taxes & fees
  • PDC Room (1 bed) : $275 + taxes & fees
  • PDC Room (2 beds) : $295 + taxes & fees

Please note: There a limited number of rooms per night held for PPSA / IRW at this rate.
